You'll notice that many times they very people who stand up to defend our rights and who understand the legal protections we are supposed to enjoy are just folks trying to get by on what they have.

Wow. Indiana statute says he could have used force to keep her off... : I was looking for the bylaw she was claiming when I found this gem: SECTION 1. IC 35-41-3-2(c) With respect to property other than a dwelling or curtilage, a person is justified in using reasonable force against another person if he the person reasonably believes that the force is necessary to immediately prevent or terminate the other person's trespass on or criminal interference with property...

It seems the sherriff needs a refresher course in the law.
